Ecolit Ceiling Solutions (ECS) is a suspended-ceiling supplier and contractor running Odoo 19.
Problem
Monthly salaries and sales commissions were calculated in an Excel sheet. The commission rules run six layers deep and are re-agreed with each salesperson every month, which no spreadsheet survives without drifting — and salespeople could not see what they had earned until payday.

What I built
- KPI commission engine — a rule chain resolves each sale through manual overrides, customer, product and vendor tiers, price-range categories, payment-method splits, region bonuses and overdue penalties
- Commission plans re-agreed monthly per salesperson
- Payroll suite that turns KPI results into monthly salaries
- OWL dashboard where salespeople see their own numbers during the month
- Ceiling estimator for sales quotes
