Odoo ERP implementation & custom modules

Odoo ERP implementation means setting up Odoo 17–19 to run your inventory, sales, point of sale, accounting and HR in one system, with custom modules where standard Odoo doesn't fit. It suits retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers moving off Excel. One department is usually live in 6–10 weeks, a company-wide rollout in 3–6 months.

What's included

  • Inventory and warehouse management
  • Sales, purchasing and invoicing
  • Multi-branch and multi-warehouse setup
  • HR, attendance and payroll
  • Migrating your existing Excel data
  • Staff training after launch

A good fit if…

  • Your stock, sales and reports live in separate spreadsheets
  • You run more than one branch or warehouse
  • Month-end reporting takes days instead of minutes

Frequently asked questions

How long does Odoo implementation take?
It depends on how many modules you need, how much data moves over from Excel or 1C, and how many branches are involved. After a discovery session I give you a written timeline for your scope. One department is usually live in 6–10 weeks; a full multi-department rollout takes 3–6 months.
How much does Odoo implementation cost?
The price depends on scope: which modules you need, how much custom development is involved, data migration and training. Work starts with a paid discovery audit that produces a written scope and estimate, and the audit fee is credited to the project if you go ahead. A full implementation typically runs 5,000–25,000 USD, while a single module, feature or interface change can be 500–3,000 USD.
Odoo or 1C — which is better for my business?
1C is strong in accounting and statutory reporting. Odoo is a modular, web-based ERP that covers sales, inventory, point of sale, CRM, HR and e-commerce in one system, and it is easier to extend with custom modules and integrations. Many companies run operations in Odoo and keep 1C for statutory accounting.
Should I use Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Odoo Community is open source and free to use. Odoo Enterprise is a paid subscription from Odoo S.A. that adds apps and features such as full accounting and Studio. The right edition depends on the apps you need and your budget — I work with both and recommend one during discovery.
Can you move our data from Excel or 1C into Odoo?
Yes. Products, customers, suppliers and stock balances can be imported into Odoo. I clean and map the data first, then import it and check it with your team before go-live.
Which Odoo versions do you work with?
Odoo 17, 18 and 19, in both Community and Enterprise editions. I also publish Odoo 19 modules on the official Odoo Apps Store.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. After launch I fix issues, make improvements and plan Odoo upgrades. Ongoing work is usually arranged as a monthly retainer, so time is reserved for your system every month.
