Odoo implementation cost depends on scope, so there are no fixed project totals here. Pick the engagement model that fits where you are today.
Discovery / audit

- How much does Odoo implementation cost?
- The price depends on scope: which modules you need, how much custom development is involved, data migration and training. Work starts with a paid discovery audit that produces a written scope and estimate, and the audit fee is credited to the project if you go ahead. A full implementation typically runs 5,000–25,000 USD, while a single module, feature or interface change can be 500–3,000 USD.
- Why does the work start with a paid discovery?
- Because the right scope depends on how your business actually runs. Discovery produces a written scope, timeline and estimate, so the build price is fixed before work starts. The fee is credited to the project if you go ahead.
- Do you charge in UZS or USD?
- Prices are set in USD. Projects above 5,000 USD are paid 40% on signing, 30% at the middle milestone and 30% at go-live; smaller projects are 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Invoices are net 7 days. Clients in Uzbekistan can settle in UZS at the Central Bank rate on the invoice date.
- Is the Odoo license included in the price?
- Odoo Community is free. Odoo Enterprise is licensed by Odoo S.A. per user and is paid separately from implementation work.
- What does monthly support include?
- A reserved block of development time each month for fixes, improvements and planned Odoo upgrades, prioritised together with you. There are three tiers — Care, Growth and Partner — and support can also be priced at 12% of the implementation value per year.
- Can a project be split into phases?
- Yes. Builds are priced per module or phase, so you can start with the part that removes the most manual work and add the rest later.
