Custom web platforms, dashboards & portals
A custom web platform is software built around your process — an admin panel, client portal or dashboard — instead of bending your process to fit an off-the-shelf tool. It suits companies whose work doesn't match standard software. A typical first version takes {{TODO: typical web platform timeline}}.
What's included
- Admin panels and internal dashboards
- Client and partner portals
- Role-based access for your team
- Reporting and data exports
- Hosting, backups and monitoring
A good fit if…
- Off-the-shelf software doesn't match your process
- Your team needs one place to see what's happening
- You want software you own, not another subscription

Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between a web platform and a website?
- A website presents your business to visitors. A web platform is a working tool your team or clients log in to — to manage orders, see reports or handle requests. Platforms have user accounts, permissions and business logic.
- Can a custom platform connect to Odoo?
- Yes. Odoo exposes an external API, so a portal or dashboard can read and write Odoo data — for example to show clients their orders or give managers a focused view.
- Who owns the code?
- Ownership of the code is agreed in the contract before work starts. By default you own all project-specific custom code once the final payment is made. My reusable framework, libraries and earlier modules stay mine, licensed to you perpetually, and I keep the right to reference the work publicly.
- How long does a web platform take?
- It depends on the number of user roles, screens and integrations. A typical first version takes {{TODO: typical web platform timeline}}, and further features are added in stages.
- How much does it cost?
- The price depends on scope. I start with a short discovery to write down what is needed, then give you a fixed estimate before any work begins. Most work in this area falls between 600 and 3,000 USD.
- Do you support the system after launch?
- Yes. After launch I fix issues, make improvements and plan Odoo upgrades. Ongoing work is usually arranged as a monthly retainer, so time is reserved for your system every month.
