Can Odoo work with Telegram?
Yes. Odoo can be connected to a Telegram bot through the Telegram Bot API — for example to take orders, send notifications and reports, or approve requests from a chat. I have built Telegram bots connected to Odoo for clients.
What can be automated in a small or medium business?
Most often: taking orders and requests from Telegram, sending daily or weekly reports, syncing data between tools, payment and SMS notifications, and attendance through Face ID terminals. The goal is to remove work that someone repeats by hand every day.
Can Face ID terminals send attendance to Odoo?
Yes. Hikvision Face ID terminals can be integrated with Odoo so check-ins and check-outs are recorded as attendance automatically. I built this integration for Macko Mebel.
Can you integrate local payment and SMS services?
Yes — services that provide an API can be connected to Odoo or a web platform, for example to accept payments or send SMS notifications. Which providers fit your case is confirmed during discovery.
How much does automation cost?
It depends on how many systems are connected and how complex the rules are. After a short discovery I give you a fixed estimate before work starts. Typical range: 600–2,500 USD.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. After launch I fix issues, make improvements and plan Odoo upgrades. Ongoing work is usually arranged as a monthly retainer, so time is reserved for your system every month.
