Ecolit Ceiling Solutions (ECS) is a suspended-ceiling supplier and contractor running Odoo 19.
Problem
Leadership could not see the numbers they needed to steer on. Revenue was recognised on delivery and returns reversed into the original period, so a June order returned in August subtracted from June. Margin by category, orders paid online but never invoiced, and where the vehicles were — none of it was visible in one place.

What I built
- Finance dashboard: delivered revenue, gross profit, net margin and outstanding receivables
- Open versus closed orders, and paid orders with no invoice raised against them
- Revenue and margin by product category
- Per-salesperson plans, including per dealer and per category within a dealer
- Traccar GPS integration pushing vehicle positions and events into Odoo
