Carpet retail · Nafis Gilam
Custom Odoo POS for carpet retail
For Nafis Gilam, a carpet retailer, I customized Odoo POS so the sales screen matches how carpets are actually sold. Prices and payments work in two currencies, stock moves between branches inside Odoo, and purchases are imported instead of retyped — sales and inventory live in one system.
- POS that sells a carpet by the piece or by the metre, with the price calculated per square metre
- USD and UZS pricing and payment on the same sale
- Several barcodes per product, so any label on a roll finds the right item

Odoo KPI & sales commission engine
Ecolit Ceiling Solutions worked out salespeople's monthly pay in an Excel sheet. I built a KPI and commission engine in Odoo where a rule chain resolves each sale to a commission percentage, and a payroll suite turns those results into monthly salaries — plus a ceiling estimator for quotes.
- KPI commission engine — a rule chain resolves each sale through manual overrides, customer, product and vendor tiers, price-range categories, payment-method splits, region bonuses and overdue penalties
- Commission plans re-agreed monthly per salesperson
- Payroll suite that turns KPI results into monthly salaries

Odoo CFO dashboard & Traccar GPS tracking
For the leadership of Ecolit Ceiling Solutions I built a finance dashboard in Odoo that brings the company's numbers into one view, and connected Traccar GPS so vehicles are tracked live from the same system instead of a separate tool.
- Finance dashboard: delivered revenue, gross profit, net margin and outstanding receivables
- Open versus closed orders, and paid orders with no invoice raised against them
- Revenue and margin by product category

Furniture · Macko Mebel
Odoo with Telegram bot, POS & Face ID
For Macko Mebel, a furniture company, I connected Odoo to the tools the team already uses: a Telegram bot linked to Odoo, a point of sale that takes payments in two currencies, and Hikvision Face ID terminals that record attendance automatically — one system instead of separate apps.
- Telegram bot connected to Odoo
- Dual-currency point of sale
- Hikvision Face ID attendance
